Project: Embrace Oahu

The Why:

Local restaurants and businesses that aren’t on the tourist’s radar rely heavily on the local economy to stay in business. My goal is to increase exposure to these local places to help raise their revenue while giving the tourists more options to choose from.

The What:

In order to be effective in the tourist market, you need something that has a visual pop but isn’t confusing to the visitor. You also need a way for visitors to search for new or interesting places. 

On the other side of the coin is for the local businesses to make extra revenue by pointing tourists to places that don’t necessarily have the funds or connections to advertise or pay concierges to guide them there.

This project is ongoing and more updates are to come.
